Can I keep going if I get sick/injured or become pregnant?
If you are sick or injured, please give your body time to rest and heal! If you see a medical professional, definitely talk to them about what physical activity is OK for you. We know it’s hard to take a break from yoga, but it’s even harder to keep going to the point that your body can’t get well again.
Many folks have completed PBYP while pregnant. There are some basic modifications for pregnant folks, depending on how far into your pregnancy you are, but we also highly recommend talking to your medical professional about what is best for you. Every body is different and everyone experiences pregnancy differently, so listening to your body and your support people is key!
