Is PBYP right for me?

Maybe! PBYP is intended to be accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. If you've never been on a yoga mat before, there's no need to be intimidated. If you can stand on your head like it's no big deal, you'll still find challenges.

PBYP is ideal for people who want a structured program. For each day of the program, you'll have a class (or a designated rest day), and you never have to worry about what to do. It's also great if you're looking for more than just classes -- PBYP includes food challenges, mantras, meditation, and the best yoga community you'll find online.

If you're not feeling the structure or if new classes all the time float your boat, we recommend trying Bad Yogi Studio. That's our subscription library that gives you access to all of our premium classes (and other fun stuff like challenges and yoga philosophy videos) with a new class added each week. There's no one telling you what class to do every day, so you can always take your pick!

Many PBYPers who've completed the program (and even repeated it) join Bad Yogi Studio too. You're welcome to try one or both!
