Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! You can return or exchange apparel. To initiate your return or exchange, send us an email at help@badyogi.com. We'll send you the details and figure out if we have another item in stock that we can exchange ya for!

To help a customer return an item:

Head over the Amplifier and find the customers order. Go up to the return button on the top right:

Find the item you wish to return and select how many you would like to return:

Then at the bottom of the page you will see the refund set up. Click the postage button to download a pdf of the shipping label and send it to the customer. Ask the customer to let you know when they post it and you can click the truck icon to check that this has happened. Once the tracking info reflects the postage, ask Erin to issue a refund.
