HELP! I'm Not Receiving Emails/ ActiveCampain Opt-In Error

A customer recently emailed stating that they signed up for a challenge (100 poses, 100 days) but when receiving the opt-in email, was unable to click the link to confirm subscription. This will mean that the customer will also not receive the emails, despite signing up. You MUST confirm after initially signing up. 

Optimal Solution: 
  • Option 1: Log into Active Campaign > Select Contacts > Search Customer > Select the down arrow on the far right of the contact name (see photo) > Select Resend Opt-in
    • Note that if you do not see a "resend opt-in" option, that they've confirmed their subscription to this list. 
Worst Case Scenario Option: 
  • If a customer still cannot "opt-in" you can try deleting the contact (see above) entirely, and asking them to sign up again. However, this will remove them from all lists, so should advise to the customer to sign back up for Bad Yogi emails.
