Why did BYS change to one class per month?

Thank you for reaching out about this! We moved to a once per month schedule as opposed to once per week. This change has been in the works for a long time and I'm happy to give some context for why.

Over the last few months, Erin kept looking at the 350+ classes in there currently and just knew there’s a better way to use them. In the short-term it feels the most valuable to keep loading it up, right? Just keep adding. Go for quantity. But for the long-term benefit of your practice, she wants you to have structure. Plans. Something to follow so you can see growth. Going forward, BYS will overlay more intention so your practice has focus. Each month Erin will be curating a calendar with these goals in mind. Some months will be fun themes (like Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes) and others will be more functional (what do we often neglect or avoid? Maybe an upper body focus for the first half of the month and a lower for the latter half, etc). So, the library will keep growing, just not at the same pace.

A note from Erin:
"I know that change is hard and I SO understand your concern. Every feature you’ve heard me talk about has been painstakingly considered and chosen with intention and with the highest good of this community in the forefront of my mind. I hope this clears things up and helps you 1) feel confident in whatever decision you make from here, and 2) gives insight into my thought process. Please hear me when I say I truly have YOUR best interest in mind. I’m in no way trying to take anything from you. I want to be able to do the most I can for this community, and I’m confident we will continue to be able to grow together. When in doubt, you can always trust I’m on your team."
