They know their login (assume they do first, and if they don't we can fix it):
Tell them to use this link: https://learn.badyogi.com/users/sign_in
At the top right corner of the screen you’ll see “Log In”
Use your login credentials there

For a password reset:
Find username in Thinkific by searching email and/or name
Click their name
Select "Details" in the top navigation
Click "Edit profile" on the right hand side
Click "Password" in the top navigation
Set password to "BadYogi[NAME]" and save
Email their new info to them and let them know they can also change their password once they're logged in again.
