Cancelling BYS/BYS+ Subscription

Sorry to hear you would like to cancel your subscription with us!
If you originally signed up via the website, you can cancel via the website by going to studio.badyogi.com and log in with your email and password. Then head to your account settings by clicking your initials in the top right, click 'Dashboard', select 'Billing' and then when you scroll down you will see the option to 'Cancel Membership'.
If you signed up via the app, you can cancel via the app by clicking the 3 lines on the top left, then click 'Manage Subscriptions' and select 'app'. You will then be taken over to your subscription where should find an option to click Cancel Subscription.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will still have access until the end of your current pay period and then no further payments will be taken.
