Can't access BYS / BYS+

Hi ____

Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing the studio. Here are a few options you could try.

1) Make sure you are using the email address that you originally used to sign up with. The one we have for you is _____.

2) When you are on the sign in screen, try clicking 'Forgot Password' to reset your password.

3) If you have managed to get logged in but get a message asking you to subscribe when you open a video, check that you are opening a video that is on your current plan (BYS+ videos will not be available if you only have a BYS subscription)

4) Check you are still subscribed by heading to your Dashboard over on the top right by clicking your initials, 'Dashboard', 'Billing' and from there you can see your subscription and the last payment that was taken. If you are not currently on a plan you can also add one here.

5) If none of the above solve your issue, send us a few screenshots of what you are seeing and we can try and work it out together.
