Should I do PBYP alone? Should I add supplemental workouts?

It’s totally up to you! If you search and ask questions in the Facebook group, you’ll find that some people do PBYP alone and see huge results. Some folks also add strength training or walking or running or other exercise. That’s definitely do-able, so you don’t have to give up your regular exercise routine when you start PBYP if you don’t want to!
